Refund policy

At The Oakren, customer satisfaction is important to us. While we do not accept returns, we do offer eligible refunds for qualifying orders reported within 30 days of receiving your item.

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after delivery.

To help us evaluate your claim, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Once your claim has been reviewed, we will determine whether your purchase qualifies for a refund or another appropriate resolution.


Refund Eligibility

Because The Oakren does not accept returns, refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Eligible refunds may be approved for situations including, but not limited to:

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective.
  • Incorrect items shipped.
  • Products that are significantly different from the item ordered.
  • Orders that are lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier.

Refund requests may not be approved if:

  • The request is made more than 30 days after delivery.
  • The product has been intentionally damaged, misused, altered, or improperly handled after delivery.
  • Insufficient evidence is provided to verify the issue.
  • The issue is due to normal wear and tear or customer misuse.

The Oakren reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the requirements of this policy.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If your item qualifies for a refund under this policy, we will process the refund once your claim has been approved. If you would still like the product, you may place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order or request a refund within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason and without providing a justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To exercise this right, please contact us within the 14-day period. Proof of purchase may be required.

This provision applies only where required by applicable law.


Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request and any supporting documentation, our team will review the claim.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
